There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

There are a lot of posh people there, no doubt. Then there's the rest of us who went to the local comp, grew up in single parent families, & worked at places like the Chequers rather than frequented them. 😂 We didn't even have a single boat or horse.

I agree that those actions were criminal, & require judicial responses buy not terroristic. Their stated aims as an organisation are not people focused.

If my nation was undergoing genocide & I could damage military property as a protest against it I very likely would.

MMC & RIM seek to destroy people.

PA are much more akin to resistance movements we have seen which sabotage equipment in order to stop atrocities against people. We celebrated these after WW2.
