There’s still this silly stigma that if you take tablets, you hate your life. Nah sometimes the meds just help you live it better.

Happy Venlafaxmachine Day, I mean, #WorldMentalHealthDay! (Too lazy to go check the spelling on the box, but you get the idea 😂).

I take meds for anxiety & depression, part of my life with OCD & a disability. Some days are rough, some are brilliant, & some are somewhere in between. 💕1/2

I love the sound of this. Similar to a cottage pie but a bit different, sounds like proper comfort food as well.

It is, I’ve had it for about 15 years.

Didn’t use it for about 5 of those but kept it.

Have used it the last few years because of the rise in the energy bills.

Knock it on at 3 bars then knock it down to 1 after 5 minutes.

The bottle lasts us over a year as we use it sparingly enough.

And I thought these people thought trans women were predatory heterosexual men, but now Kate here is talking gay people.

The fact that people can do things like this and still be registered charity is a stain on on the state of this country and so many others.

All because of what exactly? Because groups, politicians and orgs like the charity commission are scared of being labelled woke!
