Here's the finished jelly. It was fun! You can't see it, but I added some sparkly watercolor, too. 16"x12" watercolor on canvas.

So I found out that I like linen panels to paint on, whether for acrylics or oils. "De-pendant" 9"x12" acrylic on linen panel. I like the idea that there is a bunch of "lost" human treasure in the sea, but that it's enjoyed by other creatures.

After flu and pneumonia, I finally got back to painting! I thought I was done, but the background is a little streaky, so I'll fix that. This is 10"x8" acrylic on gallery-wrapped canvas, with gold frame. I'll take title suggestions! #art #painting #carolinawrenpainting

I had a productive day painting! I started this blue heron and I'm pleased with how it's coming along. I also mailed my wood duck painting to the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources, so we'll see what happens with that...

In my 20's I learned to knit on a knitting loom. I was lucky I had a friend who (while bored and annoyed) quickly showed me why I was doing it wrong.😂
