We'd 2,800 48"x 40' pipe on hold at an Indian mill in TX as we called in PHMSA in 2006. They'd 3 deaths in a week & bought in qualified UT techs. But none of it was ever used. We shut down ACP & it's gotten FAR worse with 1099 mill & 3rd party QA as well as useless DOT & gas co engineers. Cui bono?

Here, people are oblivious to walking under workers, hanging, pinning, chipping & dismantling scaffolding directly above them. I'd like to thank Ralph Nader & Joan Claybrook for my life & use of my legs; by inagurating & enforcing standards uncircumspect PMC now take for granted. My rental 2000 Camry vs a '96 Pathfinder, head-on; both going 40-45mph. No injuries. That's all OVER.
