Week 7/Day 3 #CouchTo5K complete. I remembered to do a selfie at the end of the run.

Deer count: 🦌 🦌 and I got within 20 feet without them running off.

Selfie. I thought I was smiling a little, but it look like I’m sad. Not sad, just tired 😂

Week 7 day 3. 43 minutes. 6-7 minute runs, 1.5-2 minute walks, 4 times.
