Sometimes things seem out of reach, and sometimes they are. But if it doesnt hurt you or anyone to try, than why not?
Even when you're doing something unpleasent its still ok to be nice.
Labels arent for everyone, especially the ones that help us define our selves. Respect that some people prefer to label things and encourage those people examine their labels instead of conforming to them.
Admitting you're wrong is not admitting defeat. nor is admitting you need help.
If the things that bring you joy cause harm, to anyone, in any way, perhaps its time to examine those things. sometimes its time to stop sometimes its time to change.
I hope you're taking care of yourself. and not just physically, mentally too. you're wonderful and deserve it.

Never too old to learn doesnt just mean skills. It means new world views, new personal ideologies. Don't submit to the status quo it doesnt benefit you.
It actually is going to be ok, the bad news is you're going to have to help it along its way to being ok.

Making concessions, compromises or similar isn't weakness, its strength
It doesnt have to be perfect, or even good. it just hast to be enough.
Doing your best isnt the same as doing your most. Save that for taking care of yourself.
All opinions hold some grain of merit, some more than others. But some opinions can harm people, make sure to assess if your opinions are causing harm
Todays bad brain juju will be fought by you chosen champion. and if you dont have one, its me im fighting your brain. I would let you say the things it tells you to other people im not letting you say them to yourself.
Assuming the worst is only gonna bring you sadness. fight that nihilism with optimism cause there are plenty of good things out there to live for.

Recognizing you brains oddities can sometimes be harsh, but its one of the steps to working with yourself to be better.
Gentle reminder, the ability to boycott is a privileged. don't force it on anyone. Do what your can within your means and educate.
Doing your research can sometime be disheartening. it helps to remember though that you can use knowledge you've gained to improve the live of so many.
Everyone is not out to attack you, often people have your best interests at heart. Unfortunately you've been subtly trained you whole live to believe that they are, you can break the cycle though.
