hmmm... if the cutscenes are too much for your attention span, then the game might not be for you. It takes a bit to set up the story as there are fractions that are important to the story etc.

but the story is very good imho, defintiely an underrated gem from square enix

Gaia is SO random 😭 every one else is an important party member or like Iroha, important to a portion of the story, meanwhile Gaia is not part of XIV's MSQ outside of a little cutscene lol

yeah, i'm 99% sure it's her! honestly not a bad choice (but I haven't played 11 yet, I just think it's more refreshing than Shantotto, the mmo ff games are in need of new representation, since neither are the actual protagonists imho)
