It’s a very privileged/white collar world view that leads to the “immediate results” expectation for actions.

I say this thing; I expect this to happen. And the result should happen quickly.

Yeah, I get that. I would just pick & choose the types of movements to do stoned.

I wouldn’t head up to Mt Whitney but I might do Los Liones stoned. Yin yoga might be fun stoned but probably not Iyengar

Also, you might lose some of the tension necessary to get the benefit of heavy load training.
