also i noticed how some people uses AI to spread misif or try to attack someone by feeding their art to the machine, and then try to recreate artpieces the artist never made, by leading to problematic people to create controversal art using the artist's style, is possible but also dangerous for us

the art they created to be used in that way, people forgot what consent is.
Artists TOS aint to be predatory or steal, but to protect ourself from having our art being contrafacted, do you really want consume a souless art that gives a short gratification and then getting tired of it, -cont

since the commissioner requested to someone else to make something for them using the artist's time and skills to make it reality, so if you do anything to the art piece without asking to the artist if they are ok with it, then you are infranging it since they made it clear they doesnt want -cont

when we talk about commissioned pieces both the artist and commissioner hold the copyright of the artpiece -cont

the fact im seeing the whole Snowcat drama on X, it makes me wonder how many grown ass adults are being idiots nowday, for the fact some are defending him, others spreading misinformation and other giving stupid advices.
disappointment never finish to amaze me.
