I have a pit boss and the most annoying thing is the temperature controller not having any kind of active control. It’s preprogrammed on how quickly to feed pellets to hit a certain temp. If it’s hot or cold or sunny or cloudy out it won’t be super accurate. Get something that has a PID temp control
