Great atmosphere with this one! With the color palette you used and the more distant buildings looking like they are behind fog you really get the feeling of staring out at a smoggy industrial scene

That being said if you have something specific you want to do there are lots of tutorials that will hold your hand as you muddle your way through, so it really isn't too bad!
