I’m in such a terrible position. I need to get to and from dialysis 3 times a week and don’t have the funds. I’m really sick and need the help. There’s no words to convey how important this is. I will die without it. Just a reskEet goes a long way 😘

This is not to deter people from using emergency services when necessary, but that shouldn’t be the first line of defense unless there is imminent danger.

There needs to be a shift in the way we think about suicide. When somebody says they’re suicidal, the thought shouldn’t be “they need to be in a psych ward.” The thought should be how can we talk this out? Suicidal people often just need support, not hospital level care.
