~90M eligible voters stayed home in November. If ~45M were Dems or, had they voted, would have voted for Harris, only 1 in 19 of them -- *one out of every nineteen* -- would've had to show up for Harris to have won.

Of every 19, eighteen could've stayed home. Only 1 was needed.
