I'm so confused, a guy came up to me in the gym saying he was told I do powerlifting coaching, I do not 😂 thankfully I'm mates with one and pointed him in the right direction. I'm strong but I ain't a powerlifter, I train closer to a bodybuilder (despite not wishing to compete)
