feeling bad or sorry for myself, I promise!! I am just aware it's an area I'm lacking in and would need a lot more work to build confidence! I wish I could do furry art for commissions for example, but I simply don't have the relevent experience! It's not bad tho! Promise!! <3<3<3

While I appreciate the compliment (I really do!!) and I know exactly what you mean (I've told as much to others!) I have a lot of formal art training, and I can't tune out my critical eye. The good side is that being aware of your flaws gives you something to work on and areas of study! I'm not

Maybe I'm friends with too talented people, but I really feel like they're flat, that I struggle a lot giving them expression, and that I could have them look better! I just need more practice to build confidence! And be less shy about drawing teeth lol

Thank you! I have a very sturdy library of Na'vi references and I am always striving to improve how to draw specific body parts to improve my ability to sketch without references... The morpho anatomy books are bibles!
