Here talking Marvel Snap for Blue Sky until someone better comes along

Nah. I’m sure he got some promises but it’s not going to cover the cost that keeps going up.
Team Umizoomi season when? Season Pass DoorMouse! The community demands it!
But you are jumping through hoops to figure out how to get this card be good, which likely means it just needs a rework and a rework that will work in S1 might just be too much effort.
Or something like

First On Reveal generate CARD X 6/9 in your opponent's hand. Second On Reveal generate CARD X 6/9 in your hand.

CARD X : On addition to hand, destroy all copies of CARD X in play, in hand or in deck. Add their power to this card.

WQ would be Plan B for getting that 6/18
And I mean VERY DIRECT. Say "Cat Burgler" was a 2/1 that gained +4 for every opponent card you steal/copy. Then White Queen is maybe interesting but even then Mirage, Cable, Zemo are all better.

It has to be synergy that wants big cards too - a 2/2 that gains in power the Cost of the card stolen?
Adding later series synergies may help - cards that do more with full decks or disrupt as they fill (say a Master Mold that gives your opponent rocks when giving you cards to fill your hand)

But still she'll suffer from not being good as other choices.

Only a DIRECT synergy would work here.
Can White Queen be fixed?

Any card can be fixed with more power or better ability (reduce cost or add power) but as a series 1 card I don't know if they want to. The game is very simple then and pulling Hulks, A-Bombs, and White Tigers might make her a relatively well played card there.
So White Queen currently sits as an underpowered 3-Cost card, who is maybe the 3rd best card in either of her synergistic decks, both of which don't perform particularly well. A bad card in bad decks.

I guess that is better than an underpowered 4-Cost.
If strictly "big card generation" ESON decks lean away from WQ, that leaves Arishem ESON which likes having a guaranteed decent high-cost card to play early. But here t3 is where Arishem looks to push its energy advantage leaving little space in the deck for anything but a very meta impactful 3-Cost
An attempt to make her relevant OTA'd her to 3/4 while noting ESON would pull the card copied. But pulling cards from the deck is directly opposed to her other synergy and Valentina and Iron Patriot both work better, on-rate 2 costs creating cards to be played if possible w/ ESON as a plan B
But that synergy wasn't good back in the day and it isn't much better now. Devil Dino got a slight buff and Kahhori & Mad Thinker both desire a full hand but the deck lacks the big late pop off or disruption.

There are also better card generation options like Snowbird and Agent Coulson.
At the same time Snap was growing, slowly then - now more rapidly, into a synergy first game. The decks you were running rarely wanted a random card to play and the decks you were facing were more likely to have cards that wouldn't work for you.

The draw became only impt for placing a card in hand
But over time the generic 4s got a lot better. Iron Lad with the same power but a higher ceiling. Ms Marvel, Cull Obsidian, remade Crossbones all with much higher power. Why would you play White Queen over any of those?

Then came Gwenpool and Galacta and even the biggest copers couldn't justify it
She was never great though as synergy issues may make the card she copied not worth playing & she lacked strong synergy herself (The Collector and Devil Dino). She was merely a fair generic 4-Cost

If you needed a random non-tech 4-Cost or ran Zabu, White Queen might be a choice for the deck
So initially the White Queen DID work. She was
- a 4/6 which was on-rate at the time
- gave you some information on the state of your opponent's hand
- "drew a card" by copying.

This was decent at game launch and personally I think White Queen was mildly underplayed at the time.
This post got me thinking about finally doing something I've wanted to do for a while. A "Why Doesn't It Work" series (which I imagined theme song'd w/ a take on the Team Umizoomi "How Does it Work?" song but guessing that's not a broad reference)

OK then let's start

Why Doesn't White Queen Work?
I would buy this so fast if only she was somewhat playable
#marvelsnap
I don't think it's a mistake. The shading says they WANT the shield to be pointy.
Also interesting thing for Apple not to spell correct
Cover answer : it’s a different world. Cap’s sheild is different

Real answer : Cap’s sheild has always been as indestructible as needed for the story.
Played one game - lost to a bot - then the game hard crashed which it has been doing A LOT lately.

I sometimes feel like SD's answers to the crash problems are basically "Apple should do something about their mobile OS which everyone else seems to use with no problem"
Gonna spend last half hour in Sanctum playing random decks. First up : looks bad!

I would adhere as much as I was able to: a) the MCU schedule b) the Marvel Comics schedule, but I would also c) Wrap it all in nostalgia, and also d) keep story and lore forefront. Below is a year of season themes for 2026 w/ details to follow. 🧵
Might be pretty simple that it’s “yeah you and like a dozen other people. Sorry not worth the trouble” so no judgments. Just wanted to get that out there.
