Damn, Touring After the Apocalypse is bringing it with this adaptation. It's been really faithful to the manga so far, but the small handful of anime-original material they've added is packing a hell of a punch. Can't wait to see how the rest of the season plays out.

My personal preference for the interrobang is to use ?! since I always see it used when the speaker is expressing disbelief in a questioning manner. To me, the implied question takes precedence over the exclamation. I'm not seeing any official guidance on it, though, so I'd go with what you prefer.
