Be in no doubt, Starmer is a despicable human being. A truly horrible man. Conniving, duplicitous, bigoted and lest we forget, vehemently anti-Scottish.

The likes of Baroness Clark and Pammy Nash have shown to be both political chameleons and survivors.

Still chuckling at "proper" Labour Party??
bodelairs.bsky.social
A proper Labour Party???

Can't see the wallopers they have now suddenly disappearing?

Hell Anas and Baillie will probably start a rejoin campaign the next day

I'd also suggest the last thing you'd want is the Scottish Greens being eaten by a bigger UK version.

Ask Pat Harvie, etc how hard it was to split away in the first place.

My take is the Green surge in England is down to a lack of options.

Scotland already has that with the SNP and a completely separate Green option.

In the end the E&W Greens are exactly that. For me that makes them no different from say the LibDems.

In another IndyRef I'd be fairly sure Zach is No
bodelairs.bsky.social
Caroline Lucas was extremely lukewarm on Indy in 2014.

I had the chance to talk to Sian Berry a few years back at an NASUWT conference and she was very against it.

I think by aligning with the English Greens the Scottish Party loses something. By separating they have their own identity.

Has anyone asked Zach Polanski has view on Independence?

Not sure you'd get an answer that would secure Green 2 votes next year?
bodelairs.bsky.social
Nope the entire thing was framed as a confidence in JS vote.

And as I said the room was packed out with zealots.

I think they have the conference in Aberdeen to keep down dissenters. It's a shite venue for so many reasons.

Funny the National vox pop made a specific thing of people saying the strategy had been discussed fully and publicly.
bodelairs.bsky.social
It's too easy to pull the whole thing apart.

Some of the posts from the faithful today have just been mind blowing.

The we've done it before and we'll do it again stuff FFS

The zealots just cant see that the SNP is the independence movement line is why the membership has cratered
bodelairs.bsky.social
Aye saw that.

In over a decade the media prep is as quality as all that stellar work the rebuttal unit does.

Something has to change Felix.

The SNP more of the same trust me we've got a plan thing didn't work at the GE. I don't think it will work at HR 26

At this stage I want as few unionist MSPs as possible. No more, no less

Ok @ross-greer.bsky.social @gillianmacmsp.bsky.social @patrickharvie.bsky.social @lornaslater.bsky.social

The SNP have handed you an open goal on Independence. Are you clever enough to hoover up all these list votes by taking a clear and unequivocal stance on Indy

Indy is more than just the SNP
