I don't know why I didn't realize it until seeing a scene in a completely unrelated manga but I should really draw "regular sized" items like cups and other mundane things around my AR'd character in scenarios so it shows just how much smaller they are...

In most situations I like to imagine that they get to respawn kind of like Sack Boy, taking a lot of effort to do so, but also being stuck as a pailed pamp on the way to the dump or piled on the floor with a bunch of other diapers sounds really hot...

That minor healing was learned back when he was a town guard and would watch kids play right outside the gates

His more plucky adventurer form was basically gifted to him via the dungeon from his first dungeon dive saving some kids

I've headcanon'd that Ace is just really good at barrier magic and can use it in varying ways, like mid air platforms, sealing rooms to be air tight, and of course actually blocking attacks

He has some minor healing but it's more for scraped knees than battlefield wounds
