I’m always a fan of pairing up a YA or teenage book with a picture book so that’s exactly what we did during today’s #WordsForWellbeing#BookGroup and that inspired a chat about body image, how we see ourselves and how other see us. #ReadingSchool#Empathy

I really liked that one too, I was trying my hand at whittling this summer and the boy who made the elaborate spoons was very much in my mind as I was doing so!
Also, I had the Broxden roundabout in Perth in mind when I read that book!
At #WordsforWellbeing on Friday I read an extract of this that talked about intuitive eating and listening to your body and we then had a good old chat about what food we all love to eat.
Also happy to report that hot chocolate is back and now very much a huge part of book group!
