Cinema-update: the DCP projector is finally in place, though not yet in one piece. I'll hopefully have it up and running for the Halloween double bill. Had to move the 35mm projector out of the way because the lamp is broken and someone threw out all the replacements.
Have this strong feeling I should be watching Doom (2005) this month.
I would add today (drinking, watching football, tearful political discussions, gossips) to Letterboxd if I could and give it 4 stars and a heart but not 5 stars because it was a little much sometimes.
Sick! Thanks, Chris.

Found my elementary school report book from 1997 and I had quite the weekend that one time.
Forgot what an absolute slog Twin Peaks Season 2 is.

I genuinely don’t understand why we need nuclear reactors to make more AI movies. I like a camera? I like making polygons? I like drawing lines and making them move :(
Signed out of the other ones. This is a much happier place.
From the BFI DVD edition of Syndromes and a Century.
This whole interview about Worldly Desires, one of his best short films, is very inspiring. His whole spiel on how films are spaces is something I align with a lot.
I agree with Apichatpong.
His work means so much to me, it's almost kind of embarrassing.
