I made him a little outfit that I think suits him a lot!! I'll more than likely change or add to it as I figure more and more out about him. I decided to call him Zero -- it's just too cool, you know? He does a lot of warm/firestuff. 🔥

Pay attention to your body if you must be outside, especially Monday. Know what to look for in yourself AND OTHERS, because sometimes it's very hard to catch ... especially when you are already confused.

The left half teaches how to RECOGNIZE heat stroke and heat exhaustion. The right side teaches how to RESPOND.

Reconizing Heat Stroke:
Hot dry skin, confusion, loss of consciousness, fast strong pulse, body temperature of 103F.

Responding to Heat Stroke:
Call 911, move to a cooler place, remove outter clothes, cool the body fast with cold bath/shower, place wet cloths or ice on body.

Reconizing Heat Exhaustion:
Heavy sweating, nausea, dizziness, headache, fast weak pulse, irritability, weakness.

Responding to Heat Exhaustion:
Move to a cooler place, loosen clothing, drink sips of water, use cold wet cloths on body and change frequently to keep cool, take cold bath or shower, seek medical attention.
