I dated someone once who pulled the “you’re just like my ex” comment and the ONLY purpose of that is to inflict pain because they’ve lost the plot and are grasping at anything and everything to hurt you on the way down.

He is admitting he lied about wanting to be in a relationship, that he lied about what he was comfortable with, and somehow it is your fault for thinking he was telling the truth.

They’re allowed to make accusations but you’re not allowed to defend yourself is such a take. The whole “I never said those exact words” while making heavy implications post after post is a classic reaction but the extreme petty insults is the nail in the coffin.

You don’t need to apologize. You were cornered and basically forced to do this because your ex couldn’t be satisfied with just breaking up with you. They have to live with being a liar and bully and there’s no escaping that.

From the start, there were so many red flags about them. How controlling they were about whether you could watch “real” porn or not, but they could draw themselves (a 27 year old man) as a teenager fucking other people. Fictional or not, that is so hypocritical and fucked up.

I was expecting my glasses to help with my astigmatism but all it does make the starbursts go from 720p to 4K.
