I basically only drive a cargo van with things that make a bunch of noise and move sideways, so i try to hit two humps at once so it’s like going over a little hill.

Until yesterday i didn’t know anyone would drive that fast over them, so im still processing this. Maybe just get rid of the yellow speed signs.

They have the same humps on Green St in Whites Creek but since the speed limit is 25, the suggested speed at the humps are 15 mph. It’s just a warning to slow down but they probably can’t have it go more than 10 mph under.

A big problem is people think speed limits are the minimum you’re allowed to drive. “Oh driving 20 mph didn’t feel good, but that’s what the sign says so I have no alternative.”

When i moved here I worked at UPS and would ask people what belt various towns went to and they looked at me like i was illiterate.
“Oh it’s spelled just like the country Lebanon.”

Anyway before 2015 I didn’t know much about either group, but it’s always funny when people like my uncle post photos of American GIs with the caption “the original antifa.”It’s good propaganda so i don’t bother saying “um actually they were the the militant arm of the German Communist Party.”

Just read a reddit post where fans of Antifaschistische Aktion (communists) and the Eiserne Front (social democrats) argue which one of them didn’t fight the Nazis hard enough.
