Lately I'd been envisioning a new character to bully (and love on) Phil; Then I realized he was suspiciously familiar. I'd come up with a character two years ago named Grayson, (who had Phil as a plucky boyfriend sidekick!) yet I let him rot in my mind, as my drawings never looked how I imagined.
