Owners of the Moshi ramen bar decided to shut down an incredibly successful izakaya that had customers waiting out the door and turn it into a thai place. Same ownership. Rip Moshi ramen bar. I'll have to go back to doordashing Kizuki

6. i think this is last. with Mina the hollower delayed and and yooka replayee unplayable for me until i get a steam deck, i'm probably gonna return to patapon after finishing fft and then take another hiatus from video games. this stuff is making me more exhausted after work than i normally am.

Prime Day is upon us. I know there's usually boycotts and debates around the event, but some artists or would-be artists may be in need of a drawing tablet and most can't just walk up to their local small biz and grab a tablet sold primarily online, so this thread will be a simple buying guide.

5. Wacom dropped a Wacom One 14, which is a budget pen display using the same UD EMR pens as Samsung Galaxies. i hear the pen is no longer janky on this tablet like it was in the previous model. still 1080p, i think. very budget-line.

4. i also cleaned my fish tank on thursday with two bad wrists, but at least that's over with. kirby's tank continues to keep turning green no matter what i do and I may have to do a 100% water change. There's no old food, dead plants, and i kept the lamp off all day. dunno what to do anymore.

3. anyway. I am VERY behind on discord DMs. I'm addicted to FFT (the fact that gameplay is turn-based and isn't dependent on trigger buttons outside of saving makes this easy on my hands), I'm spending time with a cat, and I'm not gonna type walls of text all night while wearing two wrist braces

my right wrist gives out a lot, but this the first time my left one did too, and it was likely due to working my left arm more when my right was sore from that blood draw from my hand last week, and also, my smartwatch was crushing itself into the back of my hand.

i need to wear it for my PT, tho

i thought she wasn't purring much the time she was here, but the vents and refrigerator in my apartment (and the upstairs neighbors) are so loud, i just couldnt hear it, but i could if i rested my ear against her back. XD

I have cooked rice and plenty of veggiesi could stick in the microwave but no protein items other than spam and frozen chicken nuggets.

Everything on doordash right now looks like i would be one meal away from diabetes, so i didn't order anything.
