I’ve decided to release my true self with a new profile pic. On Xitter (pronounce that as you like) I used a CW general. But now I’m using LT Douglas Campbell USAAS, 94th Aero Squadron, because I really am a #WWI #Aviation nerd.

I heard an interviewee on BBC today who said, if you wanted to stop the flow you would seize the boats an interrogate the crew to find out who their bosses were, what their ops were like, etc. Then you'd get those bosses and work your way up the ladder.

What he wrote was "when I see an American flag flying in front of a home, I am assuming that is not an antiracist household." That is bias. That is prejudice in the true meaning of the word: He is pre-judging the politics of a person based on the flag flying at their house. You cool with that?

You’re wrong to assume that. I began flying the U.S. flag every day after 9/11 because I was not going to let the haters steal the symbol of freedom, the symbol of the U.S.’s ideals, from me. This country stands for freedom, justice, and equality and that flag represents those ideals to me.
