And for the love of god, do more life drawing studies. Don't just study stylised artwork. Study realism and THEN stylise. You will fly once you do more life drawing ✨️

It may take longer but coming up with your own recognisable style will stand to you better than copying what's hot with the algorithm. When you have a recognisable style people aren't going to think you're someone else & can pick you out from the crowd.

Be inspired, but find yourself amongst it all

I keep seeing "genres" of furry art pop up that's obviously copies of a popular artists style here and there because their work does well with the algorithm, and others see that as a formula to boost their own.

It's much more cool and fun to come up with your own unique style and way of drawing than it is to follow the formula of another artist.
Learn from other artists, but don't make yourself a carbon copy of one of two artists, make your art your own.
