Thought of the day: I literally got up on the wrong side of the bed since the cat has claimed my side as his new favourite spot. It did actually make me grumpy.

Thank you for commenting! Communication is the primary reason but there is the odd one or two projects which go awry because the motivation of team members is not there - usually because they don't believe change is needed or are not bought into the solution - which in essence comes back to comms!
