The James Franklin should look for another job discourse is hilarious. Yes the environment is toxic as hell, but unless PSU is willing to subsidize his theoretical new job, he's not going. Why would he take a pay cut? James from State College is very much of the Jim Calhoun, "Not a dime back!" mold.

Honestly, her level of crazy could have only helped make him seem less like the loon he is.

It continually amazes me with Pitt/Narduzzi. A program that has to develop and maximize talent -- and really does-- to compete; is also that sloppy in details (like penalties).
