Ah. Each time I get a COVID shot, my body reacts as if I caught COVID, all the symptoms and the full package. Chills, fever, body aches, so intense that I spend the next day in bed. It lasts a day and a bit. Afterwards I feel fine, like it hasn't happened.

Back at work, turns out that other colleagues who got the COVID vaccine at that same clinic event were equally knocked out the next day so I don’t feel so bad. Still, I hope the planners will reconsider scheduling to a date that has a lesser impact.
