If you got an AppleTV+ subscription to watch Severance, this would be a fantastic time to watch For All Mankind or Foundation or Ted Lasso or WeCrashed or The Shrink Next Door.

But mainly For All Mankind because it’s maybe the best live action show ever made.

I’d also recommend checking the Apple Refurbished store. They get the same warranty and come basically like-new. And the M3 to M4 processor jump wasn’t anything crazy.

Oh! Another consideration is that the MacBook Pro screens are just crazy good color and clarity. So, good for color grading.

If it’s your secondary machine + you value portability, MacBook Air. Bumping up to the 10 core GPU variant prolly.

If there are times when you’re working hours a day on it, using After Effects/rendering, the Pro has better thermals. And extra ports.

MPro/Max is obvi better but all M chips are good
