Corporate greed is winning, and it's because of them. I guess when SEGA is greedy, then it's totally okay.

We're just gonna have to accept these new prices at this point.

Video games are likely going to be more expensive now, because by some people glazing Sonic Racing Crossworlds (while hypocritically calling Nintendo greedy), they are still enabling the gaming industry to increase the prices of their games.

I don't care if the game has a bunch of crossover characters/content, or even if it looks "better" than Mario Kart World in general. $70 is too much for a video game imo, and $90 is way too high of a price to sell at launch.

I'm seeing the EXACT same arguments for Sonic Racing: Crossworlds as the ones hardcore Nintendo fans had for Mario Kart World. I feel like SEGA is being greedy with their prices too, but people seem to be fine with it as long as it's a Sonic game or a Mario Kart competitor.

I also noticed people boycotting Nintendo and speaking out against their prices, but... Then they'll turn around and gladly defend and glaze for Sonic?? So if SEGA does it, then it's okay??

A game with shitty UI, "funny meme" background enemy NPCs instead of actual characters from the Mario series that appeared in previous games, and no Miis.

I'm NOT spending $80 on that BS. (Or any video game tbh)

And now Nintendo is drip feeding content in their games through "free updates", putting a price on their demo game, and charging $80 for Mario Kart World.

I didn't understand why we had to pay for online now when it was free before, and there hasn't been any improvements on it. And then the N64 Expansion Pack came along, including a bundle with the Happy Home Designer DLC when not everyone has Animal Crossing.
