I currently use clip studio paint, and asesprite/ibispaintx at times

by Technicality, the first "art program" i used was the built in tools on Scratch. If we're talking stuff fully intended to be art programs of sorts, DA Muro (nightmare), krita (nightmare), and firealpaca (acceptable)

since a few of you liked it, here's a couple fun facts about this cosplay--
sewn/made entirely by me (6 wks)
the bones of the wig are actually pool noodles wrapped in quilt batting/braiding hair and crochet'd to a base
only cosplay I painted my nails for lol
