Bought a large bag of limes from Costco. They are easy twice the size of Aldi or Sainsbury's limes. Taste much better as well. 2 of them in a litre of week for some hidden energy. Off to the pool we go 💪

If U can get to a shop, get some lemons and limes, squeeze 1 of each in a pint of water. Drink that and it will boost those vital minerals U lose when U get a cold. Zinc, potassium, magnesium all get low and this drink will help.
