I just spent 8 hours doing a calc assignment… 🥲 to be fair, i haven’t done calc in over 6 years so im dusting off the cobwebs. i’m understanding everything again, but my brain now feels like pudding.

i usually sleep between 7-10 hours LOL it depends really. as for meals… i have little snacks most of the day, and then have supper in the evening. so 1 full meal 😅

i went to a hot yoga class 2 days ago and now i have a cold. 😔 the last time i had a cold was 2 months ago, and i got it from going to an HIIT workout class 😭

i think the universe is telling me to stay away from workout classes…. or it just hates me 🥲
