The only piece of paper they handed us, everything else was done on a tablet and then redone on our phone... But it asked questions about depression and anxiety, like how often you've been sad and stuff and how it affects your daily life.

I love that they make the sick patient do all the work now when you go to urgent care while the nurse, who is coughing and no mask on, just sits there and does nothing. And why do they make you do a depression and anxiety screening when that's not related to the visit? 😑

Right now I'mma eat and sleep, then hopefully finish cleaning up around here. The physical repurcussions of crying are setting in on top of my period should be starting soon, but it's late due to stress for the first time in awhile. The horrors persist, but so do I. 💜
