Here's something fun i learned recently about the door to Merlin's house: in the revisit to traverse town red nocturnes spawn in the third district and you can block their fire to open the door. It only works if its Sora redirects the attack, the red nocturne by itself cannot open it

I read somewhere that Monstro from Pinocchio was planned to be a boss fight in the first Kingdom Hearts, but they didn't feel the PS2 hardware could handle what they wanted to do with it. Does anyone have this quote? I can't seem to find it again.

So, we looked into Tantor, wondering why he's okay. It's because in the books, "Tantor" is just the gorillas word for "elephant," referring to the species. Tantor in the movies is an original character.
