Yeah, I absolutely love Josh. He was world class for one year. He was elite level the rest of his time. But I think, to be truly classed as a great you've gotta be up there for multiple years. And be better than those in your position. I love Heaslip for example. But Kieran Read exists

Yeah, that's a very fair point. Someone will emerge. Id just like to see the beginning of an evolution in our game. It was 21 in to 22 that Andy really started getting the team humming ahead of 2023. Id like to see the same

Yup, I'm the same. We will learn nothing playing Aki, Bealham and Lowe Vs NZ (just three at random, plenty more I could choose) over some of the younger lads. You don't want your first game Vs SH teams to be in a WC knockout

I don't think he will be. I'm assuming Ryan and Beirne second row, although with Doris out Conan goes to 8 so we are light at 6. Cian Prendergast or Baird might get the 6 nod, otherwise they may go Beirne with Hendorson/Baird partnering Ryan
