The short of it is, if Mouse & Froot, or a third party they worked with, owns the rights to the lyrics and music composition (and VSJ's lame-o's don't), the two of them are each positioned legally to just re-record the music and distribute the new recording. I hope their lawyers explore this option.

Make no mistake; factually speaking, and I don't mean "if you interpret things this way" I mean material literal reality, the Harris campaign had no pro-trans policies at all. They didn't invite any trans speakers or major staffers anywhere. The campaign considered trans people a "liability."

What Harris DID campaign on was having "the most lethal fighting force," and stuff about new business owners (which the majority of Americans don't do), annnnd that's pretty much her staple positions she promoted. Like one very specific policy, the rest no plans "but if you don't" threats.

The 2024 campaign said nothing of protecting trans rights or involving trans people officially, nor were there specifics about 'free trade,' or healthcare policy (again, specifics, not general overtures). Everything else was fear-mongered "what about Trump?" without further plans for betterment.
