Instead the Constitution is based on governance. So every single human right has to be fought over interminably as they all conflict with some vested interest, even if just to have a group to use as a foil for campaigning. Fixing it within its constraints could take over a century. Replacing it…

Striking this down does not put America first. It puts the country on the wrong side of the future, undermining its own security as surely as implementing fascism in what was a democracy.

Fixing critical flaws in the constitution could take over a century. To fix it in our lifetimes, we’d need a new Constitution — one built around individual rights and equality, not governance with those rights tacked on and fought over endlessly.
