Yep! Walked/jumped down the steps but scrambled up the little dene on the return. The rise on some of the steps is a long as my legs!! I haven’t got very long legs but still…….😂😂😅

It’s been ages since we had the opportunity to stroll along one of our local beaches. Gorgeous Saturday afternoon mooch along Easington beach. Pleased the steps had been dug out. Last time we tried to get down a land slip had covered them up!

Thank you!! We’ve been to Cardiff to watch them!! Probably not as big an event as in USA but it was still exciting stuff! We ended up sitting at Grave Diggers corner by total chance. The lad was chuffed to bits!

Duh! Incorrect spelling of Sedgefield!

Oven tea was delish and included a portion of potato scallops! That’s not what Sainsburys called them but they were gorgeous. For those of you who didn’t grow up with a chip pan……thin rounds of potato, dipped in batter and fried 😋 A northern thing?
