Behind a paywall, but for any building - new or old - the first thing I look for is PVs and heat pumps. Indeed are these technologies integrated or add-ons? Only then do I care about arches!

The Togliatti–Odesa ammonia pipeline was blown up near Rusyn Yar in Donetsk, releasing a toxic cloud hazardous to people and animals. Russia blames Ukraine, but Ukrainian sources say Moscow deliberately triggered the explosion to obstruct Ukrainian offensive operations in the area.

The problem is no policymaker wants to eliminate airlines or aviation - they are expanding capacity, not reducing it. This formular would eliminate frequent flying along with the industry that enables it.
