I was working two jobs prior to not working until it caught up to me and I ended up in the ER with a heart rate that wouldn't slow down until I had to take medication. I have been trying to get on disability since. A year later I started to caretake for my disabled child by myself as well. I had help previously but it wasn't working out and l've had to do a lot of it on my own, now I'm stuck in a situation where working isn't possible for my health and while I'm already caretaking for my disabled child that needs constant care. I did not ever envision this happening to me and have always worked hard to take care of my family but now I'm in what feels like an impossible situation trying my best to take care of my kids and myself so I can stay around for them as long as possible. Im not enjoying coming online asking for help but I have no where else to turn. I'm doing

I live in California which is a bit expensive but with the state of America right now I'm trying to stay where my trans child and disabled child are the safest. Any help is appreciated and keeps my kids and I surviving while waiting on disability or other options I'm pursuing to happen. I don't know what the future holds but as a mother I'm doing everything I can to keep my family together, healthy and happy. Even if it means coming online and begging for that help. Fear, anxiety, stress, panic, and desperation are extremely common when someone needs help.

So it’s very unfortunate people aren’t as receptive to more desperate pleas for help.

People advise you to not complain , beg or come off rude when asking for help. But fear of losing necessities to survive doesn’t make it easy to follow those guidelines. I’m human. I have kids. I’m in a really difficult situation because of my disabilities and being my son’s caretaker. I need help.

It would seriously make me so relieved and happy to get help. Having heat, electric and then getting help so we have food would help A LOT. boost, quote post, donate whatever you’re able know I appreciate it and it will help my family! Most important my kids!

Please help it takes them a day to come out and fill the propane for heat. We need it asap. Electricity will be off in 2 days. I’m literally draining myself begging for help every ten minutes on here. I take care of four kids including a disabled child I need to reserve spoons as much as possible
