Cutting people off doesn’t sound like friend behaviour, if they did that are they really the type you’d want to keep around?

Right?? It's even more disheartening when it's those who were learning/creating normally but start using AI image generation for significant parts of their process, like, there's not really much left of them in their work you know? Parts of it might look pretty but ultimately it feels empty
