After a month of promotion including variant reveals and 2 big cons handing out Superguy #1 and promo material for this new issue, we can’t even hit 50 pre-launch backers for issue #2

Issue 1 had such a successful campaign and lots of you seemed to genuinely love the comic. What am I missing?

I got a lot of great advice, both business and writing wise, from creators and friends at the con this weekend.

One piece of writing advice that instantly stuck with me was from Mark Russell: “Be the A+ version of yourself instead of a D- version of someone else.”

NYCC 2025 was such an amazing experience. I ran into so many friends, made some new connections and both me and Superguy were recognized by more people than I could have ever expected, both peers and pros alike. Should’ve definitely taken more selfies!
