The Pritzker/Johnson lawsuit in federal court was assigned to a Biden-appointed judge. She did not issue a TRO, but set a hearing for Thursday. In the meantime, I hope Chicagoans continue to stay peaceful and do not give feds any reason to declare the city "a war zone."

I think they're trying, but ICE is trying to stop them. Chicago journalists are suing DHS and ICE over force used against reporters. Filed in US District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
