Though actually that can mostly be attributed to budget, which isn't the directors decision really. Most post-masuda games have had the bones of good design, just no follow-through

Nintendo doesn't have enough sway, they're only a 1/3 stockholder, but I think the result will be the same. Just tired of people making pokemon seem like a first party branch of nintendo; they're very much a separate entity

My main thing with those is just that I know high-end minecraft doesn't rely on the same elements most modern games do, so I'm scared I'll end up with someone that won't know how to deliver on that. I've been trying to find a website or service that advertises their familiarity with minecraft

once this is done, the minecraft furnace would essentially just be one inventory with 3 slots:
