I doubled this recipe to make the sauce that I made

2 T.butter, 2 T. flour, a 1/4t of salt 1/8 of a t. of pepper, 1 cup of milk in a sauce pan melt the butter over low heat, add the flour salt and pepper cook over medium heat until smooth and bubbly removed from heat, stir milk in slowly heat to boiling until thick
