to never infer or imagine the unspoken details yourself

but I guess a lot of people are stuck in this sorta "wikification" of art that the internet seems to have latched onto the past 10-15 or so years

what you and I experience while engaging with the art is irrelevant to the cold hard "facts" of canon

I mean if a character's age is so unimportant that its never brought up in conversation, the plot, their occupation, their level of education, their social status, etc. then their age is entirely arbitrary and at that point it might as well be whatever you want it to be
